Mas sempre ligado no esporte. Nos \u00faltimos anos, j\u00e1 como fisioterapeuta, passei a perceber como os nadadores amadores tem dificuldade em fazer um bom aquecimento antes de nadar, principalmente nas competi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O aquecimento \u00e9 importante para preparar o corpo para o esfor\u00e7o que vem em seguida. Como o pr\u00f3prio nome diz, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio esquentar o corpo. Fisiologicamente isso significa, aumentar a frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca, a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea, os impulsos nervosos do c\u00e9rebro para os m\u00fasculos, a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o das articula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Tenho certeza que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 passou por isso. Nas competi\u00e7\u00f5es, geralmente, chegamos cedo, temos um per\u00edodo de piscina liberada para o aquecimento. Depois esperamos, muitas vezes, por horas at\u00e9 o momento de nadarmos. Acontece que, na hora de nadar, o aquecimento feito na piscina foi para o espa\u00e7o. Primeiro, precisamos de movimentos que fa\u00e7am o cora\u00e7\u00e3o acelerar um pouco. Para isso voc\u00ea pode correr no lugar, pular corda, fazer polichimelos, dar pequenos saltos, enfim atividades que movimentem o corpo de maneira global. Em segundo lugar, s\u00e3o recomendados exerc\u00edcios de mobilidade, ou seja, exerc\u00edcios que aumentem a amplitude de movimentos das articula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Esses exerc\u00edcios devem ser executados de maneira gentil sem causar dores, vale ressaltar que s\u00e3o exerc\u00edcios de movimento ativo e n\u00e3o alongamentos. Por fim, exerc\u00edcios de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o muscular, em que s\u00e3o realizados com carga (pesos, el\u00e1sticos) para que os m\u00fasculos, principalmente da regi\u00e3o dos ombros e dos bra\u00e7os, trabalhem. Esse trabalho deve ser mantido at\u00e9 cerca de 5 minutos antes de cair na \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p>O ponto ideal do aquecimento \u00e9 sentir que seu corpo come\u00e7a a transpirar. \u00c9 importante tamb\u00e9m manter a temperatura do corpo agasalhando-se e mantendo os p\u00e9s cal\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n<p>Tenho certeza que um bom aquecimento far\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a na sua pr\u00f3xima competi\u00e7\u00e3o.
