Embora a maioria dos nadadores (e treinadores de nata\u00e7\u00e3o) saibam intuitivamente da import\u00e2ncia do treinamento dos m\u00fasculos abdominais, os benef\u00edcios de um abd\u00f4men mais forte na \u00e1gua nem sempre s\u00e3o \u00f3bvios. \u00c9 por isso que o treinamento desses m\u00fasculos talvez nem sempre receba a aten\u00e7\u00e3o que merece.<\/p>\n<p>Mas hoje vou tentar te convencer que vale a pena reservar alguns minutos para fazer os sofridos abdominais. Os principais benef\u00edcios do treinamento b\u00e1sico para nadadores incluem:<\/p>\n<p>1. Melhora da velocidade;<br \/>\n2. Aumento da pot\u00eancia;<br \/>\n3. Melhor t\u00e9cnica;<br \/>\n4. Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de les\u00f5es;<br \/>\n5. Melhora da hidrodin\u00e2mica do corpo;<br \/>\n6.
