Muitos nadadores sentem dores nos ombros apesar de investirem muito tempo nestes exerc\u00edcios. Por isso, um acompanhamento especializado te ajuda a fazer os exerc\u00edcios certos de acordo com a sua necessidade. Alguns pontos s\u00e3o importantes de serem observados quando falamos na sa\u00fade da articula\u00e7\u00e3o do ombro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobilidade<\/strong><br \/>\nA nata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um esporte que exige grandes amplitudes de movimento. Para isso as articula\u00e7\u00f5es precisam estar em pleno funcionamento, ou seja, com uma amplitude dentro dos padr\u00f5es de normalidade. O excesso de mobilidade normalmente \u00e9 acompanhado por instabilidade da articula\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma articula\u00e7\u00e3o inst\u00e1vel tem maior chance de sofrer uma les\u00e3o. O movimento escapular serve como um guia para o movimento da articula\u00e7\u00e3o glenoumeral, ou seja, se a esc\u00e1pula n\u00e3o se move de forma adequada, o movimento do ombro n\u00e3o \u00e9 correto. Levando-se em conta a caracter\u00edstica de movimentos repetidos da nata\u00e7\u00e3o, altera\u00e7\u00f5es no movimento normal podem causar les\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>utro ponto importante \u00e9 a estabilidade da esc\u00e1pula. A esc\u00e1pula \u00e9 um ponto de liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre os membros superiores e tronco. A cervical devido \u00e0 inerva\u00e7\u00e3o que parte desta regi\u00e3o para os m\u00fasculos de todo membro superior. \u00c9 atrav\u00e9s dos nervos que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es chegam do c\u00e9rebro ao m\u00fasculo executor da a\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso haja alguma disfun\u00e7\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o cervical isso pode se refletir em menor atividade dos m\u00fasculos do membro superior, gerando dificuldades para nadar. J\u00e1 o segmento dorsal tem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionalidade, as altera\u00e7\u00f5es posturais como um aumento da curvatura da coluna, pode alterar o funcionamento da esc\u00e1pula e isso se refletir nos movimentos do ombro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluindo<\/strong><br \/>\nPensar em tratamentos e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es no esporte \u00e9 uma tarefa complexa que exige conhecimento e experi\u00eancia.
