Por\u00e9m existem m\u00e9todos ativos que o atleta pode e deve adotar para ajudar neste processo, de forma que o corpo esteja apto para uma nova sess\u00e3o de treino e\/ou prova em uma ambiente de competi\u00e7\u00e3o. Hoje vou falar sobre os m\u00e9todos ativos de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o muscular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alongamentos<\/strong><br \/>\nExistem muitas controv\u00e9rsias quando o assunto \u00e9 alongamento. Muitos fatores podem interferir no resultado do alongamento como: tempo de alongamento, intensidade, frequ\u00eancia do alongamento. Por isso, vamos nos concentrar em dois tipos de alongamento: o din\u00e2mico e o est\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>O alongamento est\u00e1tico contribui para que suas fibras musculares e tend\u00f5es fiquem mais flex\u00edveis. Ao permanecer em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de alongamento por per\u00edodos entre 30 e 60 segundos ocorre um relaxamento muscular e melhora do fluxo sangu\u00edneo, o que por sua vez melhora a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o para o dia seguinte.<\/p>\n<p>Alongamento din\u00e2mico \u00e9 uma boa maneira de aquecer os m\u00fasculos e deve ser empregado antes dos treinos. Resumindo: voc\u00ea deve fazer alongamento din\u00e2mico antes e alongamento est\u00e1tico depois do treino. A melhor coisa \u00e9 que voc\u00ea pode usar o rolinho enquanto ouve m\u00fasica ou assiste ao seu programa favorito na Netflix, dessa forma voc\u00ea pode aumentar sua recupera\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto desfruta de uma atividade relaxante.\u00a0O rolo de espuma pode proporcionar uma massagem instant\u00e2nea \u201cdolorosa e boa\u201d e ajud\u00e1-lo de v\u00e1rias maneiras:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>* Aumento do fluxo sangu\u00edneo<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAo enviar mais sangue para a \u00e1rea, mais nutrientes chegam aos m\u00fasculos, o que por sua vez acelera o processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\n<em><strong>* Aliviar a tens\u00e3o<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nQuando voc\u00ea \u201cmassageia\u201d em um grupo muscular espec\u00edfico, a compress\u00e3o ajudar\u00e1 a reduzir a tens\u00e3o muscular. O foam roller \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima ferramenta para ter aquela sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00fasculos leves e soltos que os nadadores tanto gostam.<br \/>\n<em><strong>* Melhoria da amplitude de movimento<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAo se automassagear com a ajuda de um rolo de espuma, voc\u00ea notar\u00e1 uma melhora na amplitude de movimento ao pular na \u00e1gua para seu pr\u00f3ximo treino. Fa\u00e7a os movimentos de maneira suave, com cuidado em \u00e1reas mais doloridas. Claro, descansar \u00e9 importante, mas ficar sentado o dia todo n\u00e3o \u00e9 sua melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0s vezes, a melhor maneira de se recuperar \u00e9 nadando. Nadar para recupera\u00e7\u00e3o muscular \u00e9 sempre uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o. Depois de um treino extenuante, \u201csoltar\u201d \u00e9 a melhor maneira de se recuperar.<\/p>\n<p>Qualquer forma de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ativa \u00e9 melhor do que n\u00e3o fazer nada. Tanto f\u00edsica quanto mentalmente. Nadar para recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ativa \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lida, mas h\u00e1 uma variedade de alternativas para escolher. Por exemplo: dar uma caminhada no parque ou um passeio de bicicleta.
