Certamente essas s\u00e3o as estrat\u00e9gias mais agradam os atletas! Por\u00e9m, vale lembrar que s\u00e3o menos eficazes do que os m\u00e9todos ativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Massagens<\/strong><br \/>\nA massagem \u00e9 usada para promover relaxamento dos m\u00fasculos, ajudar a soltar tecido cicatricial e alongar m\u00fasculos e f\u00e1scias tensos. Al\u00e9m disso, a massagem e o trabalho com tecidos moles podem melhorar a elasticidade de m\u00fasculos e tend\u00f5es. Acredita-se que a massagem aumenta o fluxo sangu\u00edneo local e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos metab\u00f3licos; no entanto, houve v\u00e1rios estudos refutaram essa alega\u00e7\u00e3o. O mecanismo espec\u00edfico pelo qual a massagem funciona lida com o mecanorreceptores localizados na jun\u00e7\u00e3o musculotendinosa. Quando voc\u00ea aplica um certo grau de press\u00e3o a um m\u00fasculo espec\u00edfico, esses receptores s\u00e3o ativados, o que por sua vez cria o que \u00e9 chamado de inibi\u00e7\u00e3o autog\u00eanica.<\/p>\n<p>A inibi\u00e7\u00e3o autog\u00eanica \u00e9 simplesmente uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o na atividade do fuso muscular oposto localizado dentro do ventre muscular que estimula a contra\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00fasculo. Quando isso ocorre, o m\u00fasculo n\u00e3o se contrai, e o relaxamento e o alongamento do tecido ocorrem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estimula\u00e7\u00e3o Muscular El\u00e9trica (EMS)<\/strong><br \/>\nEstimula\u00e7\u00e3o Muscular El\u00e9trica ou EMS \u00e9 um protocolo terap\u00eautico cl\u00e1ssico que auxilia em v\u00e1rios processos fisiol\u00f3gicos importantes que impactam positivamente a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do treinamento atl\u00e9tico de alta intensidade. O EMS funciona transmitindo impulsos el\u00e9tricos para um m\u00fasculo alvo. O sinal de contra\u00e7\u00e3o enviado pelo dispositivo EMS \u00e9 bom, porque n\u00e3o afeta o sistema nervoso central nem contribui para a fadiga deste sistema. Bolsas frias e imers\u00e3o s\u00e3o as formas mais comuns de tratamento com gelo. Os banhos de contraste (submers\u00e3o alternada em \u00e1gua morna e fria) tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o um t\u00f3pico interessante para recupera\u00e7\u00e3o atl\u00e9tica. Os artigos mostram que a terapia de contraste aumenta o fluxo sangu\u00edneo superficial, o que ajuda nos esfor\u00e7os de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas s\u00e3o bastante controversas, no entanto muitos atletas profissionais usam gelo e contraste regularmente. Talvez exista um efeito placebo at\u00e9 certo ponto, mas por que eles se sujeitariam a essas t\u00e9cnicas se elas n\u00e3o estivessem funcionando de alguma forma fisiologicamente? A maioria dos atletas relata diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da dor e melhor fun\u00e7\u00e3o muscular ap\u00f3s a terapia de contraste.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que esses m\u00e9todos s\u00e3o coadjuvantes da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o muscular.
