No \u00faltimo domingo (01) a Barra do Sahy, em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o (SP) recebeu uma das provas mais tradicionais do pa\u00eds: a Fuga das Ilhas 2024. A prova de 1,5 km \u00e9 conhecida como a <\/span>\u00a0“S\u00e3o Silvestre da Nata\u00e7\u00e3o” devido \u00e0 sua popularidade e por encerrar o calend\u00e1rio aqu\u00e1tico de muitos atletas.Com um percurso que varia entre 1.500m e 2.000m, o evento atrai nadadores de todos os n\u00edveis por sua proposta inovadora: os atletas partem do continente em escunas organizadas por baterias e s\u00e3o transportados at\u00e9 uma ilha, de onde devem nadar de volta ao continente.<\/span><\/p>\n

O casal editor da SWIM CHANNEL<\/strong> Patrick Winkler<\/a> e Catarina Winkler<\/a> alcan\u00e7ou o topo do p\u00f3dio na edi\u00e7\u00e3o deste ano.<\/span> Com 3.700 atletas participantes, a competi\u00e7\u00e3o, consagrou os dois como campe\u00f5es gerais.\u00a0<\/span>Patrick venceu a prova no geral masculino com o tempo de 24 minutos e 13 segundos, Gabriel Galuzzi foi o segundo melhor, com 24min53,\u00a0 e Guilherme Toledo o terceiro. Joir Vicente foi o quarto\u00a0 e\u00a0 Gabriel Annunciato o quinto, completando o p\u00f3dio geral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No feminino, Catarina Winkler venceu com 26min36, seguida por Talitha Adde (27min19) em segundo e Sophia Rodrigues (28min40) em terceiro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Foi um momento muito especial para mim e para minha fam\u00edlia”, declarou Patrick Winkler<\/a>, que ressaltou a dedica\u00e7\u00e3o intensa nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas meses. “Vinha nadando muito bem, realizando s\u00e9ries incr\u00edveis e priorizando a nata\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos treinos de paddleboard. Esse esfor\u00e7o fez toda a diferen\u00e7a.”, comentou Patrick<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A Fuga das Ilhas \u00e9 uma prova singular tanto pelo formato quanto pela intensidade do desafio, exigindo dos participantes n\u00e3o apenas resist\u00eancia f\u00edsica, mas tamb\u00e9m uma s\u00f3lida resili\u00eancia mental.<\/p>\n

Reconhecida por sua tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, a prova contou com o patrocinio da Samsung Galaxy, ourocard VISA, apoio da Speedo e da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m da Fuga das Ilhas, o Circuito Aqua inclui outro evento: a Volta do Parcel, realizada na Praia de Juquehy, em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, no litoral norte de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
