Veja aqui um resumo da regra traduzida do ingl\u00eas:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cA Se\u00e7\u00e3o 901 das Emendas Educacionais de 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681) \u00e9 alterada adicionando no final o seguinte:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u2018(d) (1) Ser\u00e1 uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o da subse\u00e7\u00e3o (a) para um benefici\u00e1rio de assist\u00eancia financeira federal que opera, patrocina ou facilita um programa ou atividade atl\u00e9tica permitir que uma pessoa cujo sexo seja masculino participe de um programa ou atividade atl\u00e9tica que seja designado para mulheres ou meninas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u2018(2) Para os prop\u00f3sitos desta subse\u00e7\u00e3o, o sexo ser\u00e1 reconhecido com base somente na biologia reprodutiva e gen\u00e9tica de uma pessoa no nascimento.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>O projeto de lei permite que homens pratiquem com equipes femininas, uma pr\u00e1tica popular em v\u00e1rios esportes, principalmente no n\u00edvel universit\u00e1rio:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNada nesta subse\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser interpretado como uma proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de um benefici\u00e1rio de permitir que homens treinem ou pratiquem com um programa ou atividade atl\u00e9tica que seja designado para mulheres ou meninas, desde que nenhuma mulher seja privada de uma vaga na lista de um time ou esporte, oportunidade de participar de uma pr\u00e1tica ou competi\u00e7\u00e3o, bolsa de estudos, admiss\u00e3o em uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o educacional ou qualquer outro benef\u00edcio que acompanhe a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no programa ou atividade atl\u00e9tica.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Foi a terceira vez que o Projeto foi aprovado na C\u00e2mara mas sempre tem parado no Senado.
