O cen\u00e1rio de Ilhabela, litoral norte de S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), ser\u00e1 palco de uma das provas mais desafiadoras da Rota55 no quesito resist\u00eancia. Nos dias 4 e 5 de abril de 2025, 40 atletas enfrentar\u00e3o um teste f\u00edsico e mental\u00a0 nadando 100 km pelo arquip\u00e9lago.\u00a0 O evento, que combina nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guaras abertas com repouso estrat\u00e9gico, desafia cada participante a nadar um total de 100 km em 36 horas. A prova ainda tem poucas vagas dispon\u00edveis. Os atletas interessados devem acessar o site oficial para garantir sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o: https:\/\/www.rota55.net\/100k<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Os competidores ser\u00e3o divididos em quatro grupos com ritmos semelhantes e seguir\u00e3o um rigoroso esquema de revezamento: 30 minutos nadando, seguidos de 90 minutos de repouso, totalizando nove turnos por atleta. A resist\u00eancia ser\u00e1 testada ao m\u00e1ximo, j\u00e1 que quem n\u00e3o completar seu turno ser\u00e1 automaticamente desclassificado, sem direito a retornar \u00e0 competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para garantir a seguran\u00e7a dos nadadores, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o contar\u00e1 com uma infraestrutura robusta, incluindo uma escuna de 80 p\u00e9s como barco principal, al\u00e9m de botes, caiaques, uma equipe profissional de salvamento e um jet-ski equipado com sled de resgate. O uso de boias fornecidas pela Rota55 ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3rio. Aos que decidirem abandonar a prova, haver\u00e1 a op\u00e7\u00e3o de permanecer no barco ou retornar \u00e0 terra firme via t\u00e1xi mar\u00edtimo mediante uma taxa extra.<\/p>\n

A log\u00edstica do evento inclui alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa, com caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 refor\u00e7ado, refei\u00e7\u00f5es 24 horas contendo massas, ceviches e snacks, al\u00e9m de hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua com \u00e1gua, sucos e isot\u00f4nicos. A experi\u00eancia dos atletas ser\u00e1 registrada com fot\u00f3grafos dentro e fora da \u00e1gua, imagens captadas por drones e at\u00e9 transmiss\u00f5es ao vivo. A competi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 documentada em uma s\u00e9rie de quatro epis\u00f3dios para o YouTube.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Todos receber\u00e3o um medalh\u00e3o personalizado, os desistentes ter\u00e3o suas medalhas descartadas em uma “caixa preta” simb\u00f3lica, refor\u00e7ando o car\u00e1ter implac\u00e1vel da prova. Ao final, os sobreviventes desta jornada ser\u00e3o brindados com uma rodada de cerveja Rota55, celebrando o feito in\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n

“A prova\u00a0 n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas um teste de resist\u00eancia, disciplina e supera\u00e7\u00e3o em um dos cen\u00e1rios naturais mais deslumbrantes do Brasil.Poucos ter\u00e3o nervos para suportar o pouco sono e a press\u00e3o at\u00e9 o final, mas esses poucos ser\u00e3o os verdadeiros campe\u00f5es”, afirma Ricardo Augusto, organizador do evento.<\/p>\n
