Um aspecto crucial \u00e9 compreender n\u00e3o apenas como o atleta nada, mas tamb\u00e9m intervir nos fatores que podem causar les\u00f5es. Erros t\u00e9cnicos na nata\u00e7\u00e3o podem predispor os atletas a les\u00f5es e dificultar sua reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, n\u00e3o adianta apenas fortalecer os m\u00fasculos e melhorar a mobilidade articular sem corrigir adequadamente a t\u00e9cnica.
