S\u00f3 deu Europa na etapa de Ibiza da Copa do Mundo de \u00e1guas abertas da World Aquatics. Em uma manh\u00e3 fria de sexta-feira, num dos locais mais baladados do ver\u00e3o europeu, os nadadores ca\u00edram na \u00e1gua para encarar a segunda etapa da temporada. No masculino, os italianos fizeram barba, cabelo e bigode e ocuparam os tr\u00eas lugares no p\u00f3dio. J\u00e1 no feminino, p\u00f3dio 100% europeu com Espanha, Alemanha e Hungria no p\u00f3dio. O Brasil esteve presente com quatro atletas, mas nenhum deles chegou a lutar pela vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

O clima em Ibiza n\u00e3o foi dos melhores, j\u00e1 que o dia estava nublado e a \u00e1gua gelada. Na v\u00e9spera, os atletas treinaram no local da prova com trajes de neoprene, por\u00e9m, hoje a \u00e1gua estava um pouco mais quente e a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de prova definiu que todos os nadadores deveriam utilizar o traje tradicional para encarar a maratona aqu\u00e1tica de 10 km.<\/p>\n

Angela Guillen fez a festa da torcida espanhola ao vencer a prova feminina e conquistar sua primeira vit\u00f3ria em uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Copa do Mundo. Ela conseguiu abrir um pouco de vantagem e triunfou com tempo total de 1h58min41s40, quase dois segundos a frente da alem\u00e3 Celine Rieder, que levou a prata com 1h58min43s30. A h\u00fangara Betina Fabian completou o p\u00f3dio com 1h58min45s20. As duas brasileiras em a\u00e7\u00e3o estiveram longe de lutar por um lugar no p\u00f3dio. Ana Marcela Cunha foi a 11\u00aa colocada com 1h58min58s90 e Viviane Jungblut acabou na 13\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o com 1h59min03s20 de prova.<\/p>\n

Na prova masculina os italianos dominaram as aten\u00e7\u00f5es e preencheram todos os espa\u00e7os do p\u00f3dio com Andrea Filadelli vencendo sua primeira prova na Copa do Mundo. Ela venceu com o tempo de 1h50min30s90, chegando com at\u00e9 uma “folga” de quase tr\u00eas segundos para o vice-campe\u00e3o Dario Verani que nadou para 1h50min33s20. O outro italiano no p\u00f3dio foi Giuseppe Ilario que completou o percurso em 1h50min34s90. Dois brasileiros estiveram em a\u00e7\u00e3o na prova, com Matheus Melecchi sendo o melhor colocado: 18\u00ba com 1h50min47s20 de tempo total. J\u00e1 Leonardo Macedo foi o 29\u00ba colocado com 1h51min14s20.<\/p>\n

A etapa de Ibiza ter\u00e1 ainda uma nova prova chamada de “Knockout sprint”, onde os nadadores disputar\u00e3o tr\u00eas provas que totalizar\u00e3o 3 km. A primeira eliminat\u00f3ria tem 1,5 km de percurso e os classificados v\u00e3o a semifinal para encarar mais uma prova de 1 km. Em seguida os finalistas nadam o percurso final de 500m para saber quem \u00e9 o campe\u00e3o. Dos brasileiros presentes em Ibiza, apenas Ana Marcela Cunha n\u00e3o nadar\u00e1 esta nova prova.<\/p>\n
