Em esportes aqu\u00e1ticos como a nata\u00e7\u00e3o, que imp\u00f5em alta demanda neuromuscular e metab\u00f3lica, estrat\u00e9gias eficazes de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o fundamentais para manter o desempenho e reduzir o risco de les\u00f5es. Nesse contexto, a crioimers\u00e3o se destaca como uma pr\u00e1tica acess\u00edvel e de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o simples, mas que ainda carece de consenso cient\u00edfico quanto \u00e0 sua efic\u00e1cia em diferentes protocolos.<\/p>\n<p>Uma recente revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica com meta-an\u00e1lise publicada no <em>Brazilian Journal of Pain<\/em> (2025) investigou os efeitos da crioimers\u00e3o na percep\u00e7\u00e3o de dor muscular de in\u00edcio tardio em atletas. Foram analisados nove ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados, com dois estudos inclu\u00eddos na meta-an\u00e1lise. Os resultados apontaram para uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa da dor muscular geral ap\u00f3s a crioimers\u00e3o. Contudo, a efic\u00e1cia da interven\u00e7\u00e3o em momentos espec\u00edficos (24h, 48h e 72h ap\u00f3s o exerc\u00edcio) n\u00e3o apresentou signific\u00e2ncia estat\u00edstica isolada.<\/p>\n<p>Esses achados sugerem que a crioimers\u00e3o pode exercer um efeito positivo global na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dor muscular percebida, o que pode ser particularmente vantajoso para nadadores submetidos de alta intensidade, sess\u00f5es duplas de treino e competi\u00e7\u00f5es consecutivas.
