Um programa novo, mais enxuto, mais espec\u00edfico, Lorrane e o treinador Fernando Vanzella descobriram um novo par\u00e2metro de qualidade para as suas performances. Ap\u00f3s de vencer o Trof\u00e9u Maria Lenk com sua melhor marca pessoal depois de quatro anos sem baixar seu tempo e garantir classifica\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu segundo Mundial, Lorrane faz parte do grupo de elite do SESI SP que faz um giro pela Europa.<\/p>\n

No roteiro, Portugal, Espanha e Pa\u00edses Baixos. Em Portugal, depois de alguns dias treinando no Centro de Treinamento Rio Maior, Lorrane participou do tradicional Meeting do Porto vencendo a prova dos 50m livre com 25.03, estabelecendo novo recorde de campeonato e terminando a competi\u00e7\u00e3o como a Nadadora Mais Eficiente, somando mais pontos at\u00e9 que a melhor performance masculina do torneio.<\/p>\n

Neste final de semana, Lorrane se sagrou campe\u00e3 espanhola ao vencer os 50m livre do Open de Mallorca, seletiva da Espanha para o Mundial de Singapura. Lorrane venceu a prova com 25.22.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 tendo nadado cinco vezes abaixo da barreira dos 25 segundos, Lorrane mant\u00e9m uma admir\u00e1vel estabilidade em seus tempos. Com a campanha da Europa, s\u00e3o mais de 30 vezes nadando abaixo da barreira do 25.30.<\/p>\n
