A Praia de Itaipu, em Niter\u00f3i, recebeu no \u00faltimo domingo a terceria etapa do Circuito Lifeguard220, evento de \u00e1guas abertas que \u00e9 disputado nas praias do estado do Rio de Janeiro e que tem como prop\u00f3sito chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o salvamento aqu\u00e1tico e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de afogamentos. O evento reuniu centenas de nadadores para disputar as sete provas do programa: 3 km, 1 km, 500m, aquathlon, revezamento misto, 500m kids e 200m kids.<\/p>\n

O dia foi marcado por um desafio adicional aos nadadores, al\u00e9m dos percursos e advers\u00e1rios: a condi\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica. Um vento forte entrou logo cedo na manh\u00e3 de domingo que deixou o mar bastante agitado e ondulado. Por\u00e9m, esse fator n\u00e3o fez diferen\u00e7a para Luiz Felipe Lebeis e Patr\u00edcia Coelho, os campe\u00f5es da prova principal de 3 km.<\/p>\n

Lebeis, da L&L Assessoria, venceu a prova no masculino com tempo total de 24min42s, sendo seguido por Felipe Pereira, da equipe Estrela do Mar Cabo Frio com 25min08s, e por Artur Pedroza, da Resende \u00c1guas Abertas, que completou o p\u00f3dio com 25min11s. No feminino, Patr\u00edcia chegou a frente com 31min25s de tempo total. Vitoria Brito David, da equipe Frederico Teixeira, ficou em segundo lugar com 31min32s e de Georgia Firpo, da Resende \u00c1guas Abertas, terminou na terceira coloca\u00e7\u00e3o com 31min39s.<\/p>\n

Na prova de 1 km, o t\u00edtulo no masculino ficou com Bruno Brand, da Alessandro Cirne, que nadou para 12min40s. Luiz Miguel Silva e Miguel Pereira, da Vila Ol\u00edmpica da Mangueira, terminaram em segundo e terceiro, com 12min50s e 13min12s, respectivamente. Na disputa feminina a campe\u00e3 geral foi Tha\u00eds Xavier, do Time TX que marcou 13min02s. Em segundo chegou Rafaela Fully, da Vila Ol\u00edmpica da Mangueira com 13min45s e em terceiro, Ana L\u00facia Veiga, dos Desbravadores, com 14min25s.<\/p>\n

A prova de revezamento misto 3x500m teve 29 equipes inscritas e a disputa foi bastante acirrada, com o trio Romulo, Carolina e Pedro da Carolina Athayde High Performance vencendo a disputa com tempo 21min01s. O time da Resende \u00c1guas Abertas, formado por Artur Pedroza, Fernando e Georgia, levou a prata com 22min50s e a BF Swim, dos nadadores Armando Lopes, Rodrigo e Let\u00edcia ficou em terceiro lugar com 23min22s.<\/p>\n

No aquathlon, o campe\u00e3o geral do masculino foi Jo\u00e3o Pedro Barreto, da RF Sports com 18min55s. Artur Pedroza, da Resende \u00c1guas Abertas, foi o segundo colocado com 19min48s e Miguel Oliveira, do Time Estrela do Mar\/Vasco da Gama, o terceiro com 20min56s. No feminino a campe\u00e3 foi Milena Sancho Ferrari, da equipe Pedro II e TFF Nata\u00e7\u00e3o, com tempo de 22min00s, seguida por Luiza Brand\u00e3o em segundo lugar com 24min29s e Rebeca Lustosa, da SPT, em terceiro com 24min41s.<\/p>\n

Na prova 500m os campe\u00f5es gerais foram Bruno Brand\u00e3o, da Alessandro Cirne, no masculino com 7min30s e Isabelle Duarte, do FFC\/TFF Nata\u00e7\u00e3o, no feminino com 8min18s.
