No pr\u00f3ximo dia 1\u00ba de abril acontecer\u00e1 em Uberl\u00e2ndia a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Cross Aquathlon, evento que mesclar\u00e1 nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas abertas com corrida em trilha. Esta\u00a0competi\u00e7\u00e3o promete dar aos atletas altas doses de adrenalina devido suas din\u00e2micas e caracter\u00edsticas, oferecendo um rico contato com a natureza em um dos locais mais bonitos de Minas Gerais. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m duas grandes novidades deste evento.<\/p>\n

Uma delas \u00e9 que os primeiros 80 inscritos para a prova receber\u00e3o uma camiseta especial do evento. A outra \u00e9 que neste domingo acontecer\u00e1 uma cl\u00ednica especial sobre Trail Running e nata\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1guas abertas falando sobre o percurso do Cross Aquathlon no restaurante Trilha Leite em Uberl\u00e2ndia a partir das 8h. Hugo Burgos falar\u00e1 sobre nata\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0Fredy Guerra sobre a corrida de trilha. Quem j\u00e1 fez a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para a prova n\u00e3o precisar\u00e1 pagar a taxa de R$ 40,00.\u00a0O restaurante local ter\u00e1 consuma\u00e7\u00e3o de R$15, por pessoa.<\/p>\n

O programa da competi\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 ao todo 5,75 km de percurso. Os primeiros 750 metros ocorrer\u00e3o dentro d’\u00e1gua. Ser\u00e1 montado um circuito em formato triangular onde os atletas dever\u00e3o completar uma volta antes de cal\u00e7ar o t\u00eanis. Em seguida eles deixam a represa e partem para uma corrida em trilha com 5 km de dist\u00e2ncia. Esta prova ser\u00e1 disputada no estilo cross country, no meio de muita terra e com balizamento de fitas e placas ao longo do percurso. Lembrando que cada atleta\u00a0ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por sua hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o durante o percurso.<\/p>\n

O Cross Aquathlon poder\u00e1 ser disputado em dupla (na categoria feminina ou mista) e individualmente.\u00a0Al\u00e9m das tradicionais premia\u00e7\u00f5es (medalha e trof\u00e9us), todos os participantes receber\u00e3o na\u00a0chegada do aquathlon um vale consumo no valor de R$ 15 para\u00a0uso no Restaurante Trilha Leite. No dia do evento todos os inscritos dever\u00e3o preencher um termo de compromisso e durante a retirada dos kits poder\u00e3o doar 1 kg de alimento para doa\u00e7\u00e3o.
