Hoje, aos sete meses de gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o se transformou em uma jornada de escuta e respeito. Inclusive cito desde j\u00e1 que o meu desejo de entrar nessa jornada da gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, sempre foi adiado pela inseguran\u00e7a de como seria viver o esporte nessa fase e nas pr\u00f3ximas, pelas as mudan\u00e7as do meu corpo. Foi atrav\u00e9s do contato e exemplo com outras mulheres que se tornaram m\u00e3es dentro do esporte que venci esse medo e permitir viver essa experiencia.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><strong>Para voc\u00ea poder acompanhar:<\/strong> Na medicina, a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 contada em semanas, mas, ao converter para meses, considera-se o m\u00eas que a gestante <strong>est\u00e1 vivendo<\/strong> (e n\u00e3o o que j\u00e1 completou); por isso, ao entrar na 5\u00aa semana, ela j\u00e1 est\u00e1 no segundo m\u00eas. Foi um momento m\u00e1gico: <b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"143\">venci a prova no Geral Feminino<\/b> ao lado do meu marido, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/patrick_in_water\/\">Patrick Winkler<\/a>, com toda a minha fam\u00edlia presente na cidade em que moro. Mais cedo, no mesmo dia competi no <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">SUP Race (5km)<\/b>, conquistei mais uma <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">vit\u00f3ria no Geral Feminino.\u00a0<\/b>Nesse dia estava ainda muito confusa sobre o &#8220;quanto de for\u00e7a&#8221; poderia impor durante a prova, mas sempre mantendo meu contato com os profissionais que me acompanham.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">14 de Dezembro\/2025 \u2013 Rei e Rainha do Mar (Copacabana):<\/b> Ao final do primeiro trimestre (<b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"88\">quase 3 meses \/ 11 semanas<\/b>), tomei a decis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica de nadar a prova <b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"162\">Challenge (3,5km)<\/b> em vez dos 10km, prova ao qual j\u00e1 ganhei 5 vezes. Monitorando os batimentos e com foco total na seguran\u00e7a, conquistei a <b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"300\">3\u00aa coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no Geral Feminino<\/b>. No dia anterior, trabalhei por seis horas na transmiss\u00e3o da Swim Channel. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/pmMKAaOm_ZY?si=m8VOuXCBpzM07J96\">Confira aqui<\/a> . Me posicionei na linha de frente na largada do Leme, local onde tem varias ondas e arrebenta\u00e7\u00e3o, me preocupei em contar as ondas para n\u00e3o precisar ficar em apneia em nenhum momento. J\u00falia Teixeira<\/b>,<\/a> que me acompanha em Ubatuba e <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"191\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ginecologiadoesporte\/\">Dra. Tatiana Parmigiano<\/a> (COB)<\/b>, colega de raia do meu marido enquanto atletas do Esporte Clube Pinheiros nas categorias de base. Tive orienta\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/viniciuss.borges\/\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"350\">Vinicius Borges<\/b><\/a> que me trouxe muita seguran\u00e7a nessa fase. Inclusive mostrei todos os suplementos que consumia na \u00e9poca para todos. Esse per\u00edodo de espera foi muito importante para eu assimilar essa not\u00edcia t\u00e3o grandiosa que mudar\u00e1 minha vida para sempre. A prova estava prevista para largada da praia de Ita\u00fana, e teve de ser reajustada para largada na praia da Vila por conta das fortes correntes do dia. Mesmo na Vila a arrebenta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o estava leve, dessa vez n\u00e3o larguei na primeira fileira, esperei a s\u00e9rie de ondas passar, para ai ent\u00e3o come\u00e7ar a nadar no momento correto, evitando &#8220;tomar um caldo&#8221; forte e tamb\u00e9m evitando ficar em apneia. Claro que o fato de hoje eu morar em uma praia com ondas frequentes, me fez ter confian\u00e7a para encarar esse cen\u00e1rio na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma gesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">07 de Fevereiro\/2026 \u2013 Circuito Mares (Caraguatatuba &#8211; SP):<\/b> Mantendo o ritmo com <strong>19 semanas<\/strong> no <b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"54\">5\u00ba m\u00eas de gesta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b> no <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">SUP Race (5km)<\/b>, conquistei mais uma <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">vit\u00f3ria no Geral Feminino<\/b>, celebrando a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o com a comunidade esportiva que agora j\u00e1 sabia da novidade. Nesse evento eu realmente estava me sentindo mais &#8220;segura&#8221;, a ponto de conseguir contemplar e festejar durante a prova. No dia seguinte passei mais 6 horas ao vivo trabalhando na Transmiss\u00e3o Swim Channel durante as provas de nata\u00e7\u00e3o. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/70e7XVUveFA?si=sXTiik4tZPbo3prs\">Confira aqui<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">28 de Fevereiro\/2026 \u2013 Campeonato Paulista de SUP (Piedade &#8211; SP): Com 22<strong>\u00a0semanas<\/strong> no 6\u00ba m\u00eas de gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/b>participei do campeonato paulista de SUP , agora na categoria amador nos 6km conquistei mais uma <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">vit\u00f3ria no Geral Feminino,\u00a0<\/b>porem foi nessa fase onde minha pulsa\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a subir com maior facilidade e senti que era hora de &#8220;segurar&#8221; um pouco mais o &#8220;pace&#8221;. Eles sempre foram atras de artigos cient\u00edficos validados que trouxessem evidencias do que \u00e9 bom fazer e evitar.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Importante frisar que as semanas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o \u201clineares\u201d: \u00e0s vezes sinto um cansa\u00e7o muito grande em um dia ou sess\u00e3o de treino e penso que \u201cdaqui para frente ser\u00e1 assim\u201d e de repente, na semana seguinte me sinto muito bem. Como a Swim Channel tem adquirido cada vez mais direitos de transmiss\u00f5es de eventos durante os finais de semana e eu n\u00e3o queria perder a chance de participar do evento Rainha do Mar enquanto gr\u00e1vida. Viajei de \u00f4nibus sozinha, foi um momento de profunda reflex\u00e3o sobre essa <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"333\">&#8220;passagem&#8221;<\/b> de vida. Pela primeira vez, n\u00e3o me adiantei para ir ao local de largada, escolhi largar nas fileiras de tr\u00e1s. A maior li\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 entender que nem toda semana \u00e9 igual: h\u00e1 dias de cansa\u00e7o e dias de leveza.<\/p>\n<p>Este relato n\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre compara\u00e7\u00e3o, jamais; \u00e9 sobre <strong>encorajamento<\/strong>.
