Leon Marchand estreou no Campeonato Europeu abrindo o revezamento 4x200m livre da Fran\u00e7a marcando 1:43.76, melhor tempo do mundo este ano e se tornando no sexto melhor nadador da prova na hist\u00f3ria com 1:43.76. O tempo seria o suficiente para ter sido campe\u00e3o ol\u00edmpico em 2024 e mundial em 2025. O bom resultado de abertura de Marchand ajudou o revezamento da Fran\u00e7a para garantir um bom resultado terminando com a medalha de prata.<\/p>\n

Cabe lembrar que\u00a0Marchand teve de modificar seu programa eliminando todas as provas que teria de executar a pernada de peito, ou seja, 200m e 400m medley e os 200m peito ficaram de fora da sua programa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0Assim, ele ainda vai nadar os 200m borboleta, 400m livre e os revezamentos 4\u00d7200m livre e 4x100m medley misto.<\/p>\n

Ali\u00e1s, todas as finais do dia, 400m medley masculino e os revezamentos 4x200m livre feminino e masculino todos com novos recordes estabelecidos.<\/p>\n
