Mas nem sempre apenas um bom condicionamento f\u00edsico e a rotina de treinamentos \u00e9 suficiente para se fazer uma boa prova.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidados com a pele, com o traje e com a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do percurso s\u00e3o alguns outros itens essenciais para se fazer uma prova sem sustos. N\u00e3o deixe de se precaver contra elas, ser\u00e3o muitas horas de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao sol e temos que ir preparados com protetores e se necess\u00e1rio, hipogl\u00f3s ou pasta d\u2019\u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Traje confort\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9 importante a escolha de um traje que n\u00e3o te machuque, incomode ou limite seus movimentos. Voc\u00ea precisa se sentir firme e seguro ao nadar, por\u00e9m sem aquele aperto insuport\u00e1vel! O ideal \u00e9 test\u00e1-lo pelo menos uma vez antes da prova.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Capriche na vaselina<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para evitar assaduras vale a pena passar vaselina em toda a al\u00e7a do traje (caso seja de al\u00e7as), nas axilas e em torno do pesco\u00e7o. Por\u00e9m, \u00e9 importante que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do barco esteja em dia pois o cheiro de combust\u00edvel pode causar n\u00e1useas. Vale optar por embarca\u00e7\u00f5es pequenas que fa\u00e7am menos ondas e n\u00e3o atrapalhe seu nado ao se aproximar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Combine sua estrat\u00e9gia com seu guia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e3o deixe de conversar com seu barqueiro ou caiaqueiro sobre como far\u00e1 suas hidrata\u00e7\u00f5es. Caso voc\u00ea tome algum suplemento diferente em alguma parte da prova, entregue para ele tudo anotado em um papel, antes da prova; mostre , explique e aponte cada um.
