Confira abaixo a segunda parte de conselhos para as \u00e1guas abertas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manter seu guia do lado que voc\u00ea respira<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com a sua embarca\u00e7\u00e3o sempre do lado que voc\u00ea respira com maior frequ\u00eancia, ficar\u00e1 mais f\u00e1cil sua navega\u00e7\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m sua comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com seu guia. N\u00e3o deixe de conversar com ele.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leve material reserva na embarca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um \u00f3culos e touca reserva, hidrata\u00e7\u00f5es extras e vaselina, s\u00e3o sempre bem vindos durante a prova. J\u00e1 com o c\u00e9u nublado, o ideal s\u00e3o \u00f3culos mais claros. Tenham um de cada e leve-os para a prova, j\u00e1 tendo ajustado e testado ambos para ter op\u00e7\u00f5es de escolha no dia da prova. O mesmo serve para as toucas: de cores claras em dias de sol intenso, para voc\u00ea n\u00e3o cozinhar os miolos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Como evitar enjoo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eu particularmente sempre tomo rem\u00e9dio para enjoo antes da prova. Por\u00e9m \u00e9 importante fazer isso com uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica e testar em outras oportunidades antes da prova, para ter certeza que a medica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o te dar\u00e1 sono e nenhum outro desconforto. Evitar ficar pr\u00f3ximo ao cheiro de diesel dos barcos tamb\u00e9m ajuda. N\u00e3o beba<br \/>\nsach\u00eas de gel sem consumir \u00e1gua junto, isso pode causar enjoos. Evite dar goles de \u00e1gua do local onde est\u00e1 sendo realizada a prova, \u00e0s vezes \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel, mas quanto menos, melhor. A escolha do que comer e beber antes e durante a prova tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 muito importante! Para isso, sempre \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel ter uma capa de chuva, um casaco em m\u00e3os, alguns lanches e muita \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aspirina e Advil durante a prova<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tudo tem que ser conversado com seu m\u00e9dico e nutricionista antes. Mas eu particularmente gosto de tomar um comprimido de um desses dois no decorrer da prova, normalmente entre 3 a 4 horas de prova.
